Meghan Parekh
Editor with Grand Central Publishing
The first thing you should know about me is that romance is my passion, whether it be Scottish, contemporary, suspense, new adult, erotica, western, military, multicultural, or LGBTQ. There are few things that I enjoy more than a book that keeps me up at night, with characters that fly off the page. I always love a complex plotline with strong romantic conflict, and I have a weakness for mysterious, tortured heroes. I’m looking forward to publishing more incredible voices in romance including New York Times bestselling authors S. C. Stephens, J. Daniels, and JB Salsbury, as well as WattPad sensation Kirsty Moseley, contemporary romance authors Sara Richardson, Shannon Richard, Tyler King, and Marie Meyer, and erotic romance authors Jeanette Grey and Shelly Bell. While I’m an avid romance reader, I also love a great emotional women’s fiction novel. A few of my favorite authors are Jojo Moyes, Kimberly McCreight, and Kristin Hannah.

Elle Keck
Assistant Editor with Avon
Growing up,
Assistant Editor Elle Keck thought she’d spend her life in the hallowed halls
of academia, churning out papers on nineteenth century Britain. Alas, that was
not in the cards, but thankfully, she was able to combine her knowledge of
pelisses and petticoats with her passion for historical romances. An avid
reader of all things Avon, she was delighted to join the team in 2014 where she
edits a fantastic list of smart, gripping, and best selling romances.
Elle’s always on
the hunt for high-concept historical romances that make her laugh and make her
cry, super sexy contemporary romances that feature rough and ready athletes,
and multicultural romances of all kinds. If you enjoy musings on Miss
Fisher’s Murder Mysteries, feminist rants about the genre, and live coverage of
all awards shows, follow her on twitter at @ellekeck.
